Horrible
The location is good
Unfortunately this isn't what we thought it would be. The place was not clean when we arrived and it is run down. The couches were particularly dirty and in places ruined as you can see from the pictures. There is a general apathy and lack of enthusiasm from the people that run this facility. A simple example is the entrance / reception. Just before the reception outside there is a 5m by 5m space where you can briefly park to load / unload, etc. Unfortunately this was covered with ice making this a very dangerous walking path. They could have thrown a bit of salt to make it better, but they just don't care.. Not the experience we wanted or had hoped for.

Excellent family stay
This is one of the rare cases where the actual place is better than what's on picture in the announcement. We stayed in a very comfortable and quite spacious 2-bedroom flat. Well located - short walk to the ski lift and shops/cafes. It's was also possible to directly ski to there down the slope. We could park in the covered parking just under. For bigger flats I'd suggest to the establishment to allow for 2 parking lots to be reserved (though it was not a problem to find where to park our 2nd car). The lady at the reception was extremely nice, always ready to assist and respond our questions. But reception is not 24/7, be aware if you're running late for arrival. For the heating there is an auto thermostat so if it feels cold, you need to ask at reception to put the degrees up. The flat had a big terrace with a great view over the mountain - worth getting up early just to see the sunrise.

Size of Apartments and Location good. Views fantastic....boot room facility good also. Ability or order from local bakery for delivery in morning great...
I think an ability to have carpets/rugs in lounge at night/ in morning would enhance the comfort...it can get a little cold due to gaps in terrace sliding doors....Also, I think a small Apres offer . Vin chaud / cakes would be a cheap but welcome gesture post skiing in Reception...
