Hotel was a fairly short walk from Bebinton Merseyrail station. Host was very friendly and helpful and was quickly shown to my room, which was fairly spacious, well ventilated (window open!) and had a comfy bed. En suite bathroom was clean and light with a decent electric shower over the bath. Host was again friendly and helpful at breakfast - the English breakfast was excellent and quickly served.
My only problem was the difficulty in plugging in my phone charger - the power sockets were quite hidden away.

Pleasant stay, host was friendly and welcoming, room that I stayed in was a little dated and tired, but all clean and comfortable.
Some areas in need of a refresh. But this did not take away from the fact that it was clean and comfortable
