Perfect spot in the heart of Florence, 5 min walk from Mercato Centrale. The room is small but perfectly adequate as we were out most of the time. The hosts were SO friendly and helpful, great hospitality and happy to give recommendations. So clean, comfy bed, appreciate the TV and the little biscuits in the room!

It was a lovely little room, with a very comfortable bed, a TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Everything you need, really, and very affordable. The room was kept very clean, and the hotel itself was well located in Florence, about a 10 minute walk away from the train station and close to other sites such as the Galleria Accademia, and the Basilica di Santa Croce. Roberto, who runs the hotel, was very kind and friendly, carrying our heavy suitcases right up to the third floor (the lift was being repaired)! He gave us great info about the area, and made sure we were comfortable with our room. I would happily stay here again!
It didn't matter to us in the long run, but the one thing I would change if possible, is having more space to hang clothes and a slightly larger shower (it's quite cramped). But this didn't affect our stay, and was immaterial really, considering how central and affordable the hotel is.
