Really Disappointed

nothing

1. I requested for 1 Queen and 1 single bed, therefore the bed was in floor, never follow the picture state in profile 2. toilet no tap 3. The room was smelly 4. The bedsheet was with full of small hairs

Great value for location. Clean. Easy access to public transport

Ease for transport. Bus 107m right outside on both sides of road - to and from Lavender station. 24 hour reception. Comfortable bed All amenities

Air con is controlled by reception. So if cold could not turn down, but could phone them to do so if required

The location is good.

There is a window but it's block. The room is difficult to access if you have a heavy suitcase, they have a weird stairs. after the lift, the room is not as the same floor.

the hotel was also used for illegal purpose for couples between check out and check in hours

Suitable only for a short stay

Located in the Arab neighbourhood, close to Haji Ln street and Bugis street Toothbrush and water were provided in the rooms.

Like most of the comments here we did not enjoy our stay in the hotel. It’s a budget hotel for 1-2 nights, only for sleeping. Small rooms, no windows.

Very affordable and near to MRT station

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. We were early for check-in time but the staff still give us the room upon our arrival at the hotel.

There is no toilet available in the lobby area and we need to go to level 1 for that. The available toilet was also so small that it is hard to move. It is advisable to go back to your own room if you have the intention to use the toilet as it is more convenient.

Perfect for a short stay and good location to coach terminal in Beach Road.

For the price it was surprisingly very good and comfortable, the room was not overly big, but for my one night stay it was perfect.

it was a nice room to stay in for a short trip. the services are good and we had a pleasant time.

the staffs and services are friendly and good. The property is located at strategic location. near the tourist spot and also near the mrt

the bathroom lights were blinking at some point but it was ok. also the rooms does not have windows. You can’t open the window.

NO SERVICE AT ALL

When we arrive I wrenched My knee. The luggage was left on the footpath. The staff refused to help saying they couldn't leave their Post.

The lies staff told about being unable to leave their Post. 20min after twisting my knee I went back to the lobby and The Post was not attended. NO SERVICE AT ALL . the room was ok

The receptionist was great, the room was very poor.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. She could not have been more helpful, even took us personally to Bakery Boy around the corner herself. She also helped us with the map.

The room was extremely small. The shower and toilet were all in one so everything got wet. The shower spray would not stay on the wall as the bracket was broken. We were given one small bottle of water between us Very noisey in the corridor in the early hours but not the hotels fault
