The hotel was spotless and a nice touch having laundry facilities and kichenette.
The doorkey app was an inconvenience after travelling for just over 20hrs but luckily Pearl was about to help me

Everything was fine, the app was easy to use, I had everything I needed and it was very clean. The WhatsApp service is really efficient so there’s always someone to help if you have any questions.
It’s a bit expensive but everything is expensive in Singapore so I actually think it’s quite cheap for what it is. Also my room didn’t have a window, it’s a bit weird not to have one but the hotel is really transparent about it so it was fine.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff, Trisha, Popo, Divina, and Jamie were fantastic, always available and helpful. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was good and the staff was very helpful. They helped when we had issues with entering the property and room. The fact that it is in one of the old houses also brings more charm to the property.
The photos showing the room we booked did not match the room once we were there. The room was way smaller, with less space, and since I was working remotely, we were accounting for a proper separate desk space, which ended up being very small (against what was shown in the pictures).
Then, since they use Digital check-in and room keys (which we appreciate), the system should work independently if you are an Android or Apple user. I am an Android user, and they mentioned they had frequent issues with Android devices. You shouldn't need to have an Apple device to be able to stay there. Luckily, my wife had one.
