Fantastyczny widok na dolinę rzeki Pavone, zachwycająca panorama, w oddali tryskające fumarole lub gejzery, na horyzoncie wulkan Amiata. Mieszkanie w bardzo oryginalnym stylu, z zachowaniem konstrukcji ścian i sufitów. Oryginalnie urządzone, w pełni wyposażone. Wspaniały poranny widok rano na uliczkę miasteczka. Montecastelli Pisano urocze. Obejść można każdą ulicę w 30 minut. Obok dom, gdzie odbywają się koncerty muzyki poważnej, barokowa muzyka towarzyszy i idealnie pasuje do spokojnego klimatu tego miejsca. Przesympatyczna właścicielka i okoliczni mieszkańcy. Darmowa woda lub gazowana za centy - w upalne dni niezbędna (50 m spacerem). Zarówno miasteczko/wieś, jaki i mieszkanie pełne uroku.
Czasem trudno znaleźć miejsce parkingowe, ale mieszkańców i turystów nie ma zbyt wielu, więc jakieś miejsce znaleźć można. Tylko trzeba podejść do domu. Dość niskie pomieszczenia, przejście pomiędzy pomieszczeniami... ostrożnie max 187 cm wzrostu - taki urok starego budownictwa. Microskopijne WC - ale da sie z tym żyć. Brak klimatyzacji - to też zaakceptowaliśmy, choć było 36C w dzień i 22C w nocy. Taras chroni jedynie przed słońcem a nie przed deszczem. Tylko jedna restauracja, brak sklepów - ale dzięki temu cisza i spokój.
