Well equipped kitchen.
In the area lives young, very friendly and playful cat Nino, it creates very good emotions on top of everything what you get in La Ragnaie.
We’ve got room that is quite dark - half basement, windows facing to parking lot and walking path. The apartment was very humid, it had the dehumidifier, but it is noisy.

The grounds are stunning. The view from
Our balcony was of the vineyards. The pool is lovely and the entire farm is out of a Tuscan dream. If you want to stay in an upscale Tuscan farmhouse with gorgeous views of the vineyards, this beauty will meet those expectations.
Our air conditioning did not work. We brought it to their attention and they did their best to address. But it could not be fixed so fans were brought in (it was quite hot in September). As someone in hospitality for the past 30 years, I understand that things go wrong and sometimes cannot be fixed. But no compensation or anything was offered to acknowledge the issue. They didn’t ask if we wanted to change rooms. I felt that was a missed opportunity to make things right. That aside, the vibe of the staff seemed a little off. Breakfast was an okay experience, but you had to flag down someone for coffee and sometimes it felt awkward. I felt as if the staff was going through the motions, there was not an effort to be warm or friendly. Not a big deal, but we expected more from an agriturismo. However, the owner was lovely and we enjoyed our conversation with him. Overall, our stay was more impersonal than I expected. But it was very private and respectful and the grounds could not be faulted. And the rooms were tastefully decorated with everything one needed.

Overall nice place to stay. Apartment are nicely decorated, you feel like you’re in Tuscany. Very nice sunset views.
The beds were very uncomfortable. It certainly felt like. Queen bed, and didn’t feel comfortable for 2 adults. The pool was very cold, not ideal especially for a child. There were no umbrellas around the pool. There is no wine to buy at ragnaie. There was one lovely lady at breakfast (black shorter hair), but the owners really couldn’t care less about the b&b guests. No coffee machine in the room. No way to order cappuccino at breakfast, only black coffee. There are a few things I could go on about. Our stay was okay, but there are many other places to stay
