Great place to stay before or after the Tunnel crossing from UK, about 45 minute drive away.

Lovely place to stay, great room with en-suite and lovely breakfast. Locked Courtyard parking and 5 mins from the main squares with restaurants etc

Like a lot of hotels in France the pillows were huge and therefore for me uncomfortable, that's just me though!

The only criticism would be ,( and I hope this would be taken as a constructive criticism) that when we moved the floor standing mirror towards the window for better light, there was a good deal of dust lurking there. Hostess was brilliant. Thank you .

Exceptional space, with superb hosts

Wonderfully restored old property (maybe a coach house?) with very spacious rooms, tall ceilings with huge windows, and a quiet location in walking distance from all points of interest in Arras. Extra bonus for the courtyard, which allowed easy and secure parking. Very helpful host. Overall, a gem: bookmarked for return.

WiFi needs a repeater, the signal was too weak to work.

Would stay again.

Good breakfast. Location very good but poorly signposted, and not findable using the postal address and Google maps. Should be easier now with a sign on the alley (Impasse ). Helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room in charming building in centre of Arras.

Could benefit from a wifi link and information to join. It was necessary for us to use 4G and hot spot from phone to use a lap-top.

Excellent location close to the centre of Arras. Make sure you read the directions you are sent as it is easy to miss the entrance which is down a very narrow lane. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, nothing was too much trouble.

A unique find providing a comfortable stay with excellent value for money.

The location of this little treasure is excellent. The decoration and appointment of the hotel is unique and characterful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and very generous. We will definitely make this our chosen stop in Arras

Finding the small alley to the hotel took a little while and it is a little tight to get the car down but it can be done.

So much nicer than a large, generic hotel. Authentic.

So charming, elegant and full of character. A wonderful host in Claire Marie, most helpful. Very comfortable bed,quiet setting,lovely breakfast, secure private parking, fabulous location.

Just a delightful experience

Such a warm welcome. Very quiet room. Beautifully furnished and immaculate. Large spacious bedroom and en-suite. 5 min walk to a beautiful and lively town square.

A little haven tucked away in the centre of town

The owner, Claire Marie, was very welcoming and helpful. Our room, overlooking the courtyard, was spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The breakfast was just right to start the day: fresh fruit, muesli, croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread and homemade jam, juice and plenty of fresh coffee. We even had the lovely lounge area to ourselves on the second night.

Best place to stay in Arras probably!

It is a beautifully renovated employee house. Very spacious room and bathroom. The bed is sooo comfortable. It is in the center of the city but as it is a former stable/employee building it is behind the house so completely quiet.

Charming Hostess , Excellent Central Location , Spacious Room , Free Parking

Quiete Location , but perfect for easy city centre access on foot. Grande Square , Heroes Square 5mins Charming Hostess. Very spacious well decorated room located separately across the courtyard from the owners residence , Super Clean Good Continental Breakfast included in the room price Free secure parking in the courtyard.

We liked the property and would certainly stay again ; however they are a few improvement areas that would increase our review score close to or at the maximum of 10 . - The internet is virtually unusable inside the residence due to a very weak/ unstable signal. I had to lean out the window or door into the courtyard to get a connection. Installation of another router or internet signal booster would save frustration and improve the guest experience - Given the large spacious room , the small flat screen tv located on the far wall from the bed is not practical, it needs to be upgraded to a larger screen tv. - There was a lack of pillows on the bed , one small decorative cushion and one pillow per person. We would normally expect two good quality pillows per person . - The bath towels could be more generous / fluffier (plus moelleux)
