Fantastic hotel

A fantastic hotel, very well placed and with parking available in Grand Place. I asked for quiet room and got one the hotel communicating beforehand. Would stay here again if room available Very pleased Thank you.

RIGHT AT THE HEART OF THINGS

Great location in the town centre. Room was more than adequate and spotlessly clean.

There was nothing to dislike. I've stayed there before, so I knew exactly what to expect.

Position - close to everything

Even with new air conditioning units, it is still difficult to cool some of the rooms.

room was not ready put us in another room very small !!! has been refurbished but wall colours so dark not nice !!! trolleys left in corridors with rubbish on etc overnight fire hazard!! !!!!! will not stay again left at 5.30am had paid for breakfast but no refund !!!!!!! Bad stay will not be back again Shame as we have stayed there many times before

Location excellent Rooms comfortable if a bit small

Breakfast not as much variety as when this was an ibis. Staff not always adequate in numbers so there were shortages

It was fine for a quick cheap night but I wouldn't chose it again.

The entrance was very appealing and modern and right next to the main square. The bed was comfortable, clean and the room was quiet.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom floor was dirty.

Stay was impacted due to heat in the rooms and noise from outside.

Location was superb for easy access to the town. We were given interconnecting rooms.

Second room had no security chain in the door. Air conditioning was broken meaning we had to sleep with windows open during a festival which seemed to involve late night drinking - and early morning road cleaning. Carpet in bedroom was not clean. Finding a car parking space was not easy. Rooms were very compact!!

The room served its purpose as a late night stop over with a pet

The location was perfect although we had to go in search of parking 200 yards from Grand Place Receptionist welcoming and very friendly and helpful

The room was cramped and in need of a facelift, very old fashioned and tired

We're going back there!

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is very attractive and a fabulous location. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was out of order. We were given advance warning about this but decided to stay there anyway. We are glad we did. Even though we had to have the windows open overnight and there was a lot of noise from the street we loved the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, location is literally perfect for the relaxed cafe nightlife. Stunning town, full of character.

Air con didn't work. But a fan and an open window sorted that out. Free water on request was a good idea
