The Beach was nice, no dogs was perfect, lots of kids running around in a safe environment and the amount of walking was good for the legs
- smoking allowed everywhere
- really expensive restaurants and groceries
- extra expenses for everything including towels for a five day stay, lounge chairs, everything!
- poorly equipped kitchen in a very small room (for the price) - no cookware
- some staff are not well informed

This was an amazing few nights stay for us. The resort is fabulous, located by the beach, little chalets are between pines trees. The chalet we had was perfect for our family of 5. There is plenty to do for the kids. Pools were very busy but we didn’t mind as the beach and sea was what we preferred. Our son was the only speaking child in the kids club ( this was. A group for 10 year olds) but the person looking after the group (Abdullah) made sure that our boys felt included and had a great time. The Italian boys were also very welcoming and super kind and so my son had a very good time. We loved the evening entertainment. Food was a bit meh, for Italian beautiful food standards but it was fresh and overall ok for few days (I am not sure I would be happy if we stayed over the week 😀 the cook really needs to learn how to make scrambled eggs. But the omlettes were good). The little shop on the facilities was just great for daily groceries. Overal amazing!
Nothing not to like… except scrambled eggs could be better 🙂

Air conditioning did not work- was very hot

We were the second time here. The resort is awesome and so great for children! All was nice again. Unique location on the very long sandy beach, great selection of pools and different attractions for kids.
Some better meal selection in the bars/restaurants would be helpful. And unfortunately despite so many families coming from Germany, the animation is 95% in Italian.

Lots to keep the kids busy, safe for slightly older kids to get around on their own. The app to keep track of the electronic billing was really useful.
Shower in the Chalet was clogged on arrival, but still usable. After a few days it got worse and flooded the bathroom. I called maintenance but they never arrived. I had to send the kids over to my sisters Chalet to shower.
Events on app were incorrect.

Very nice location in the forest, no cars on the premises, many attractions, spacious houses with a terrace and a lot of space around
The food in the pizzeria restaurant needs to be improved
For such a large main resort, the swimming pool near the sea was overcrowded despite the lower season in September

I spent 4 days in September. the resort was not full and there was enough space at the sea side and the pool.
it’s a family place with hundreds of chalets in the pine forest.
you have to leave the car in the park far away from the apartments, you have a free luggage transport when you arrive but if you want it when you leave you have to pay 10 €, not nice.
the chalets are small, in the pictures they seemed to be larger. we were 2 adults and 1 infant (2 months) in a chalet for 4 people and we had problem because of the poor space.
good point for the patio outside the chalet, but in the evening it was not so usable due to mosquitoes and dark (only one light far away from the tables).
the apartmentwas not cleaned properly: dirty bed sheet with body hair in towels and u.
spiders under the sink and the kitchen’s table.
for services in the resort you can nicely use a bracelet for paying, the cost of services is very very high. A pizza or a breakfast it’s around 20% more expensive than outside.
people @ reception and animators are nice and kinde.
sincerely for a 4 star place I would expect more, for instance in space and clean. the only things of 4 star place were prices.
people @ reception and animation are nice and kind
the sea is ok

Quality of food served for the prices semeed to be quite low.

Cleanliness of the place.
Not being allowed to eat ice cream at the pool.

The chalet was located on a very nice spot. Close to the beach. Close to the pool. Close to the restaurant.
Although the chalet was not that big it was comfortable enough. The airco was superb after a beach day. Shower and other facilities good enough.
Nothing really much. Maybe the electricity of the chalet. The split in electricity groups was not sufficient.

Animation program and food was great.
Beach sun beds are expensive. No doctor on site on Saturday lunch time ...

Nice location in the pine forest. good restaurants. Lovely family oriented resort.
wifi. very small kitchen and utilities.
Small pool for the big complex.

We especially liked that the cottages were integrated into the pine forest and everything was very natural and quiet. It felt like an individual vacation with the luxury of a package tour.
Especially the animation team was great, always in a good mood with a very good hand for the guests.

Only after arrival we were waiting for quite a long time for a shuttle. But....that is fine.

The resort is located on a beautiful piece of land, with our cabin located in a quiet part of an amazing forest, but also just steps from the beach. The beach itself is fabulous - soft sand, shallow slope out into the water, gentle waves/surf. The ability to reserve (for a fee) the beach chairs/umbrella for the day was very nice as it meant you didn't have to rush down early to try to snag one. The on-site Market selling basic groceries was perfect as it allows for making your own breakfast and/or snacks in your cabin. Lots of restaurant options made eating out an adventure each night we were there. Room and amenities were all clean and well maintained. The onsite market was great for picking up food and supplies so we could cook our own breakfast or snacks in the en-suite kitchen and enjoy them on our private patio. The take-away pizza was also great for a delicious meal and a quiet night at home!
The main complaint was the heat, and the inability of the air conditioner in the room to function properly. We were definitely there during an unprecedented heatwave, and so I understand the challenges, but the AC provided absolutely no relief in our room. If just simple fans had been available, that would have made all the difference, because in the woods, there is not a lot of wind/breeze to help cool things off and so sleeping at night was a sweaty challenge.
It does feel like they may be understaffed in certain areas (not unique to this resort - more of a global issues at this point). Restaurants took exceptionally long to order and receive food, the pool and beach bars also had extremely long lines. The staff were working hard, but it seemed like they could use a few more hands to help and/or some better engineered systems in order to provide the level of service I would have expected from a resort of this caliber.
Finally, I would also suggest non-Italian speakers learn some basic Italian because the vast majority of the staff (beyond the main reception desk) had virtually no ability to communicate in English. That's not really a complaint, as if you are in Italy, you would expect most people to speak Italian, but given this is a very large tourist resort, I would have thought they could have employed a few more multi-linguists and placed them around in strategic locations to help out.
P.S. This is a family resort with a LOT of children. Other reviews mentioned this, but I didn't really understand the magnitude until we arrived. There is nothing really wrong with this, but just be aware of what you are getting into - it feels a bit like a Disney cruise but on land. I think we may have been the only childless couple there (however, with your own cabin and reserved beach location, we were never negatively impacted, it just felt like we were a bit out of place at times).

The beach was excellent, a few metters from Resort and the water was excellent (my kids loved it)
The pool was ok, very nice place for kids to play.
The "trenino" was a very good way to move and explore the resort.
The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived - we had to use the broom to clean the floor (full of dust and sand)
The pool is sanitized and everyone needs to leave (including the stuff from the chairs)

wonderful location, bungalows in the middle of a pine tree forest, huge beach, lots of facilities, and perfect for children. Lots of activities for them, and qualified staff to take care of them at the “mini club” while parents can take a break.
some details could be better: bungalows are a bit small, bathroom not well ventilated, tv in bungalow in an awkward place making it unusable (although personally we didn’t care, we don’t go in vacation to what tv). The resort is huge, and you can get lost easily: better indications and signs would be welcome.
again, these are just details, the overall experience is 4 stars.

100 minutes to check in after a ten hour bike ride. zero tables at any of the restaurants during my two day stay and zero sun beds on the beach. I ended up having to go to a public beach and buy food at the local grocery store. no sorry from the staff. totally and utterly unacceptable for any place calling themselves a resort.

Staff are all very helpful, kind, accomadating needs. Beautiful tranquil place. Amazing for the kids with easy access to beach pools entertainment.

nice cabins in the woods, nice beach and seemed well run
kids everywhere, not great if you are not with your family. it’s a giant family resort.

Everything is looks like a new. Big territory with gorgeous pines. Comfy cottages. Good restaurants and bars.
No free shuttle to anythere. If you not on the car you was forced to walk about 2 kilometres from the train station. Boring sea without fish.
