Firstly, the pools. There are 3 and each one offers a different experience. One is lively and has the snack bar nearby, there is a quiet 'oasis' pool where the younger families and those wanting a less frantic experience hang out. The third offers lane swimming as well as a family zone. Secondly, the beach and the warm ocean. Thirdly the energy of the animators and the clubs for the kids. The lead animator was outstanding. The entertainment is varied daily and the shows are of good quality. The pool party was a highlight. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. From the outside the chalets look rustic but ours was clean, the aircon worked and comfortable although I wouldnt bring a cat to swing if that is your thing. Check in is easy and we loved the wrist bands which not only allow you to pay for food and drinks but also unlock your room so you do not need to bring your cards or worry about the room key.
Anything in this category is nit picking. There are many resturants and food outlets all of which offer something different but after 10 nights we were yearning for something different. Next time we will plan for some picnics on the beach or eating in the chalet. There is a reasonably well stocked market on site with a deli counter. A supermarket (CONAD) is nearby

למקום יש פוטנציאל, מקום ענק עם המון בקתות, 3 מתחמי בריכות וחוף ים, יש פעילויות לילדים, ויש שאטל פנימי שעובר כל כמה דקות ומשנע את האורחים ממקום למקום. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת
פחות מתאים לתיירים בעיני ויותר למקומיים, מאוד מאוד עמוס והומה הרבה פעמים לא הצלחנו לעלות על השאטל עקב עומס ונאלצנו ללכת ברגל ממקום למקום בחום של אוגוסט.... חניה עמוסה מאוד, הביקתה היתה מאוד צפופה והמצעים באחת המיטות היו מלוכלכים, החליפו לנו אחרי שהתלוננו.

Amazing staff at the Scotty Club!! Kids had a blast!
A lot of rules and clarifications to follow: when you can book room cleaning, when it has additional costs, if you do not want to go to the buffet for dinner you rather book very early the other restaurants. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and the idea was to have this “closer to camping” experience, however our tent was next to the parking lot and since 6:00 am every day cars were coming in making a lot of noise.

I spent 4 days in September. the resort was not full and there was enough space at the sea side and the pool.
it’s a family place with hundreds of chalets in the pine forest.
you have to leave the car in the park far away from the apartments, you have a free luggage transport when you arrive but if you want it when you leave you have to pay 10 €, not nice.
the chalets are small, in the pictures they seemed to be larger. we were 2 adults and 1 infant (2 months) in a chalet for 4 people and we had problem because of the poor space.
good point for the patio outside the chalet, but in the evening it was not so usable due to mosquitoes and dark (only one light far away from the tables).
the apartmentwas not cleaned properly: dirty bed sheet with body hair in towels and u.
spiders under the sink and the kitchen’s table.
for services in the resort you can nicely use a bracelet for paying, the cost of services is very very high. A pizza or a breakfast it’s around 20% more expensive than outside.
people @ reception and animators are nice and kinde.
sincerely for a 4 star place I would expect more, for instance in space and clean. the only things of 4 star place were prices.
