Breakfast was good, except for coffee and croissants (very bad). The service was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Location also excellent. Rooms reasonable big and quiet for Japan.
Coffee. Please, add a expresso machine and improve the quality of the pastries. It would be also good to incorporate a small gym (at least some fixed bicycles).

Excellent location, great staff
In room entertainment could be improved. One single English TV channel - only CNN. TV had no YouTube or Netflix and the video-on-demand feature didn’t work.

Location and the fact it has bigger than normal size room
Arrived 1 hour early for check in, told room not ready but could gain early access if we wanted to pay.
The seating in the lobby is so uncomfortable. Lack of information on the hotel facilities. It was the least friendly hotel we have stayed in Hitachinaka.
