Poor

The area is beautiful.

To say that the cleanliness was lacking is an understatement. We were supposed to go there with my folks, but we had some last-minute change of plans, so they went by themselves. My folks sent me numerous pictures with cockroaches, spider-webs and various stains on the walls and upholstery. When you go on holiday you do not expect to be cleaning, dusting and checking the bed sheets for insects every night. When they had a conversation with the gentleman who is responsible of maintaining the property and complained about the state they found it in, they were dismissed with him saying that if they don't go back it's OK, there are going to be other people who are going to visit. To sum it up, if the property was subject to health and hygiene codes (which I wonder how they can get away without) they would fail miserably. Customer service is shocking, but I guess they didn't care enough. My advice, spend your money elsewhere! I would love to attach the pictures I have of the property.
