Nestled in Lerici, this attractive condo for $196 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Blue House is located on the top floor of the prestigious Villa Oleander on the Gulf of Poets (between Lerici and San Terenzo). It borders the Golf Club Marigola and the eighteenth-century Villa Marigola that make the area very green and silent. Accessed by a private road with a gate. The pool is for the use of 4 apartments at the Villa and can be used from May to October inclusive. And 'including the place for a car and bicycles or scooters in the parking lot of the entire property. The entrance from the garden is already for exclusive use and can be used as a wardrobe. It is necessary to climb a small internal staircase to access the apartment (the staircase is comfortable, but makes the apartment unsuitable for people with poor movement). The apartment has a large entrance, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom, a large living room with kitchen and panoramic terrace overlooking the golf course and the mountains for a total of 100 square meters. The master bedroom, its bathroom and a small part of the kitchen have a sloping roof that makes the room very distinctive (ie the partially attic flat). This includes washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, bed linen. It is 800 meters from Piazza di Lerici and 500 meters from the center of San Terenzo. There is an excellent bus service and shuttles to the surrounding areas and to La Spezia, then the car is not necessary. Whether that Lerici San Terenzo are countries where many people live, so they are very equipped and provide shops and services open all year (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, bars, first aid, etc ...) Pets only by prior arrangement with the owner.

This home was exactly what we hoped for-it is nestled in a quiet area within walking distance to the beach, a great gelato spot, and nice restaurants. The bathrooms have nice amenities, and the kitchen is a perfect amount of space to cook in. We loved eating in the sun room with a balcony-amazing home to be in!

Lovely clean apartment, very comfortable with see glimpses from the small balcony. Location is perfect for access to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and so was the agent.

This Villa divided by 4 appartements is really well situated between Lerici and San Terenzo, everything can be made by walk. Appartement is nice, note that bathrooms ceiling are too low but it is not really a problem… when the temperatures are high it should be a real improvement if air conditioning could be installed. Swimming pool is nice but I think the liner should be changed. Kind communication with Paola.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Supertolle Lage, wir waren bzw. sind die einzigen Feriengäste. Sonst nur Mieter. Hatten deshalb den Pool ganz für uns alleine. Check-in war ein wenig holprig, jedoch hat sich Luca im Anschluss sehr um uns gekümmert..."MILLE GRAZIE LUCA" ..am WLAN müsste allerdings unbedingt was gemacht werden,; das hat uns so gar nicht gefallen. Luca hat dann zwar veranlasst einen repeater zu installieren....hat aber nur bedingt was gebracht. Mit Paola hatten wir auch nur kurz Kontakt....lief alles über Luca. Der war immer sofort parat. Ganz unbedingt zum essen können wir allen nur das "Fuoco e Fiamma" in San Terenzo empfehlen...ABER...ohne Reservierung braucht man schon gaaanz viel Glück um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Tolle Lage, gewöhnungsbedürftige Wohnung!
Super Lage, tolle Umgebung!
Leider war der Pool schon geschlossen, obwohl er im Inserat noch geöffnet sein sollte (bis Ende Oktober) und es gab nur Italienisches Fernsehen. Dies ist, wenn man im Herbst mit Kindern verreist, schon ziemlich schade!
Die Wohnung war ganz OK, obwohl die Dachgeschosswohnung keine normalen Fenster hatte. Nur auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man raus schauen, also war es ziemlich dunkel.
Eine Dusche ging auch nicht richtig und das Wasser wurde nicht immer warm.
Schade, aber wir hatten für den Preis den vollen angegebenen Service erwartet.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage
Wir können nur gutes berichten - die Ferienwohnung ist in einer Villa quasi direkt am Strand. Beste Ausgangslage für Ausflüge von der Cinque Terre über die Toskana bis hin zu den Apuanischen Alpen. Top - gerne wieder!

Liebe Paola, leider haben wir uns nicht gesehen. Somit auf diesem Wege 5 Sterne für eine super saubere schönen Wohnung mit allem nur erdenklichen Küchenequipment.
Toller Pool, der wöchentlich gewartet wird. Super Lage für Ausflüge, z B mit dem Zug nach Florenz. Grazie mille.

Tolle Lage mit (fast) eigenem Pool
Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr zentral und man hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem mit Tor abgesperrten Gelände. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die hohen Fenster sind kein Problem. Der Fernsehempfang ist sehr mäßig (aber dazu ist man ja nicht da). Auch der WLAN Empfang / Internetdurchsatz könnte besser sein. Je nach Aktivität der andere Mieter hat man den Pool quasi für sich alleine! Man kann vieles zu Fuß machen! Beide Ortskerne (San Terenzo sogar noch näher als Lerici) sind in 10-20 Fußminuten erreichbar. Danke an Paola für die gute Betreuung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Bella Lerici
Der Garten, der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand sind einfach wunderbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist teilweise etwas niedrig, aber auch große Leute (188cm) kommen gut zurecht. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Lerici und sieht das Meer. Auch die Wärme ist kein großes Problem - es gibt Ventilatoren und abends weht immer ein leichter Wind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut englisch. Es war ein wirklich toller, schöner Urlaub.

It can get hot and it doesn’t have air conditioning but two fans were provided. A little upscale touch in decor, some detailed and organized info about surroundings (although we have to thank Paola for some helpful advice about where to find good produce and typical food), a sliding screen and air conditioning would easily get this lovely place a five star.

Tolle Ferienwohnung dank großartiger Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist eine von vier Wohneinheiten in einer für diese Gegend klassischen Villa. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Man hat einen tollen Pool vor der Tür und einen recht großen Gartenanteil zur Verfügung. Beides braucht man eigentlich gar nicht, denn die großartige Lage zwischen den Stränden von Lerici und San Terenzo führt dazu, dass man mehrere Strände innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. In vielen Bewertungen vorab wurde über die Deckenhöhe der Wohnung geschrieben. Ich kann dazu sagen, ich (1,87m) habe mir nicht ein einziges mal den Kopf gestoßen. Die Deckenhöhe ist wirklich kein Problem. Was man wissen muss, ist dass bei Häusern dieser Bauform die Fenster eher klein sind. In diesem Fall waren sie ca. 50 x 50 cm und in 1,90m Höhe. Dadurch ist die Wohnung nicht vollständig lichtdurchflutet. Dies ist im Sommer bei hohen Außentemperaturen durchaus praktisch, da sich die Wohnung nicht aufheizt und man keine Klimaanlage benötigt. Es ist jedoch ein Essraum mit bodentiefen Fenstern und schönem Balkon (mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer und Lerici) vorhanden! Paola war eine hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholung in Top Lage an der Schnittstelle Ligurien / Toscana
Das Objekt liegt sehr gut um in Ligurien (z.B. 5 Terre mit dem Ausflugsschiff) wie auch in der Toskana (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz) Ausflugsziele anzusteuern. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss einer schönen Villa untergebracht. Sie verfügt über einige Schrägen (diese waren für uns kein Problem, trotz 184 cm Körpergröße, wie sie hier schon negativ in den Rezessionen ausgeführt wurden) und tatsächlich sollte man wissen, dass diese Wohnung mit Ausnahme des wirklich sehr schönen Sitz-/Essplatzes (mit wunderbarem Deckenventilator und kleinem Balkon incl. Blick aufs Meer / Lerici) KEINE (!!!) Fenster zum Rausschauen hat (da der Rest / Großteil alles kleine Gaubenfenster in Höhe von ca. 190cm sind). Dies war für uns kein Problem, da wir das im Vorfeld wussten und viel im Garten oder eben am Essplatz vor der großen Fensterfront saßen. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, der morgens bis ca. 15.00 Uhr (Pfingsten 2019) in der Sonne liegt und wenn die große Hitze kommt, dann der Schatten der angrenzenden Bäume ihn in eine Wohlfühloase verwandelt. Neben dem Pool gibt es einen Gartenanteil, den man nutzen kann und durch den benachbarten Golfplatz ist es trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer absolut ruhig und erholsam. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer und kann sich dort ebenfalls abkühlen und schwimmen und wenn einem der Trubel am schmalen Strand abschreckt geht es eben wieder zurück in den schönen Garten. Wir waren dort mit 2 unserer Kinder was vom Platz her wunderbar passte. Das Auto steht sicher im Hof und man hat keinerlei Stress mit Parkplatz suche o.ä. .
Wenn wir wieder in die Region kommen, würden wir hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen. Danke für die schöne Zeit hier 😊�

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil zum Wohlfühlen
Das ruhige und schöne Ambiente dieser Ferienwohnung/Ferienhauses beginnt bereits am Eingangstor. Die schöne Villa liegt verkehrsberuhigt in einer sehr schönen, gepflegten Gartenanlage neben dem Golfclub. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, an alles wurde gedacht. Zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Schritte und ins Städtchen geht der Weg auf der Strandpromenade entlang, immer mit Blick auf das schöne Castello (ca.10min). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert, ein Zustellbett für unseren Austauschstudenten wurde wie selbstverständlich organisiert und die Verlängerung unserer Ferienwoche um einen Tag wurde möglich gemacht. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Eine Woche ist fast zu kurz um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, wenn man auch noch den schönen Strand und das azurblaue Wasser geniessen möchte. Ein grosses Dankeschön nochmals an Paola Samaroggia!

Wunderschön. Top Lage!
die alte Villa liegt nur 100 m vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Trotzdem ist sie eine Oase der Ruhe. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit alten Bäumen, kein Straßenlärm, keine Autos.
Der Kontakt zu Vermieterin sehr freundlich und angenehm.
Wir haben das kleine Apartment ganz oben bewohnt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Weinkühler , die Weingläser würde ich empfehlen mit zu nehmen oder vor Ort kaufen.
Wir waren 2 Personen also jeder hatte Platz genug. Vor allem war wichtig für uns 2 Bäder zu haben. Die Küche und Livingsroom sehr schön eingerichtet.
Die Bäder haben , leider sehr niedrige Decken, für mich kein Problem, ich bin 160 Groß. Mein Freud hat sich damit arrangiert.
Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen und wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.
Wer Ruhe und schöne Ambiente sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Absolut toller Urlaub
Das Anwesen ist ein Traum und erfüllte mehr als unsere Erwartungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigen (bis auf Standard Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Dies ist aber typisch in Italien. Das Haus liegt eingezäunt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit Häusern gleicher Kategorie und Golfplatz. Der Strand ist ca. 200m entfernt. Die Orte Lerici und San Terenzo wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Lage in der Nähe von La Spezia ist ideal, wenn man Pisa, Florenz und die Cinque Terre besuchen möchten. Wir kommen wieder.

Serenity, pool, sea and garden
We had a lovely holiday in this pretty top floor apartment. The property is just beneath a golf course and has a large garden so it is surrounded with green. It has a perfect pool (no chlorine and shared only with the occupants of other flats (only 2-3 other families while we were there)) and it is a gentle stroll down a private road to the beach. The sea was clear and beautiful to swim in. Lerici and San Terenzo are a short walk away for restaurants and shops - perfect for late night stroll for ice-cream. The property owner was very welcoming and speaks excellent English. For a bit of culture, we visited historic towns of Sarzana, Lucca and Pisa, each within less than an hour.

Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questa casa! L'architettura particolare risulta intima ed accogliente. I nostri figli si sono divertiti moltissimo in piscina che è molto tranquilla in confronto alle spiagge del golfo.

Schöne saubere Dachgeschosswohnung
Die Wohnung hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Wohnung hat sehr niedrige Decken. Mein Mann von 1,92 m Höhe konnte weder in der Küche noch im Bad aufrecht stehen. Außer im Frühstückszimmer waren die Fenster oberhalb von zwei Meter, sodass wir keinen Blick nach draußen hatten und es bei dem schlechten Wetter kaum Tageslicht gab.
Es gab kein SAT-TV, kein Radio und keine Kaffeemaschine. Wir sind nach 5 Tagen wieder abgereist.

The villa is located in a very quiet place neighboring a golf course, although what you want during holidays such as beach, restaurant, and shops are almost within a few minutes walk. The house and spacious garden are nicely maintained; you can enjoy the nature and sun away from the bustle of the city there. The dining room facing the garden was also our favorite place in the apartment. All the equipment in the apartment are clean and well organized. The host, Paola and her family, is extremely helpful and she always gives us the necessary information and helps us to make the holidays enjoyable. Thank you very much.
