Everything was perfect! Staff very friendly! I arrived early and asked if I could leave my luggage until I visited Milano Dom. They responded friendly. I left everything safely. It is very close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7/10-minute walk from the metro station and only four stops from Milan Duomo. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and served on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace, which made for a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help us with a late check-out request. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
We didn’t know about the city tax. Should be more specific on booking

Clean and comfortable accommodation, with an excellent breakfast selection that we were able to enjoy in a beautiful garden. The rooms were clean, equipped with everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our stay. It is located close to the metro, just a few stops from the city center. The hosts were always available and extremely friendly. This is definitely a place where we would stay again and one that we highly recommend. :)

Spacious room with balcony
- Area is a bit dodgy at night
- Breakfast was okay but the selection was incredibly limited
- The man who checked me out was quite rude
- The bed was very uncomfortable and was like a rock, the pillows were similarly rigid and hard
- For the price I could find better at other hotels
- There is a fridge with water and no price list. This is a charged mini-fridge but they don't tell you until you check out
