The property has a great location and exceptional staff
The property needs a refresh. The feeling is 20 years old. My view was incredible but, carpet was old and had lines of separation. The toilets were non self opening and only one sink in bathroom was odd. Also the granite was chipped

Super friendly Staff, the rooms were very spacious for Tokyo Standards.
All was fine, location is slightly off for major sightseeing sites but very tranquil
