It was a fantastic traditional Berber mudbrick historical building set on the dry river bank. The rooms were large and cool. Great pool to cool off in. In a remote location, so no shops around, but we liked that. Fabulous Berber museum onsite. While we were there the entire village's water was off for a few hours which made us realise the challenges these desert communities face.

the building is unreal, it was really amazing experience to sleep and get lost there. the apartment was huge and impressive. loved the education on sustainable tourists

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The location was special, located in an old ksar very well restored.

The hotel is in a historical kasbah, part of which seems to be still inhabited. It is the most charming of places. It has nooks and crannies and terraces everywhere. We climbed on the roof for a great view. There is a beautiful spotlessly clean pool hidden in the center. The restaurant has several terraces with views on the palm grove. There is a protected parking lot.
The bedroom was large with high ceilings and wonderful decor. The beds were super comfy. We had a sitting room adjoining the large bedroom. The AC and hot water were good.
The staff was so warm and smiling and helpful. We adored the place.
We had no difficulty finding the kasbah but we had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel. An extra sign post would have been helpful

An interesting and authentic experience in a real kysar.
I would have expected the local community to take care of the dying palm trees around the kysar

The unusual experience of sleeping in rooms of a real ksar
This is not for everybody, some of my friends didn't like it.

It's such an authentic experience, and the room was decorated beautifully.
The indications to the actual hotel are very vague, and getting lost in the ksar is not a good plan.

When we arrive there was no one to welcome us. We did not have any information about where was the restaurant or the pool. Even if there is a pool, there is absolutely nothing around it: no chairs, no sunbed and not even towels. Regarding our room, it was ok but the bed was very small, it could only fit 1.5 person. The wifi (for which we had to ask for the password since it was not provided) did not work. When it comes to the restaurant it was correct but a bit pricy. The worst was the service provided by the staff for booking a taxi. It was non-existent. Indeed, we asked for a taxi in the evening for the next morning, they told us it was ok and they will book it next morning. After we had breakfast we ask for the taxi and they told us that they could not book one and we had to take the bus. As the hotel is far from the city center we could not do anything, moreover since the bus had already left the city… We had to negotiate and give a very high price to the staff of the hotel so that they (at least) call a taxi. We had to negotiate ourselves with the taxi because the staff wouldn’t do it. When we finally succeeded in booking a taxi, the staff told us that the taxi will be here in 10 min… 10 min later they told us 30 min… After waiting 1h, the taxi finally came and we left quite disappointed since it was the first time in Marocco that we had such a bad experience…

Staff was attentive. Room was large and clean. Nice bathroom. Facility was nicely decorated. Convenient parking. Lovely dining area.
Pool water looked very cloudy and unclean
Air conditioner did not cool even though fan worked. Man seemingly in charge of dining room was annoyingly positive. Wifi did not work well and not at all in the room.

This is such a wonderful place to stay at! The people are friendly, the food was the best so far in Morocco, and the traditional moroccan building where the rooms are is an experience in itself! Make sure to visit the museum and the oasis palmerie as well.
Nothing. Maybe there could be more toilet paper ☺️

Built in an old building , was very nice. The village and covered alleys were great

Beautiful location and rooms, exceptional staff, delicious food. Lots of great details in the room. It is a mid-range place... If you are used to roughing it, this will be a step up and if you are used to 4 star hotels, this will be a bit rough. Entry to the museum is an extra 20dh and is well worth your time.
Not really accessible by public transportation... You'll need your own vehicle. Meals will likely need to be at the hotel, but they are delicious and reasonably priced.

Sleeping inside a restored Kasbah was great! The place is very charming and the room was big and confortable.
The facilities are excelent: terrace, garden, restaurants, information point, maps,... They are very prepared to receive guests.
It is not a touristic place so the place was calm and relaxing.
Very friendly staff.
Arriving at night may be difficult, but with Google Maps there is no problem. The road is not paved but it is suitable for all cars.
Dinner menu was the most expensive one in 10 days in Moroco. Could be a bit cheaper, considering that it is not a touristic village.
