I liked the work they did to make it comfortable and enjoyed the experience overall. I found that the location was perfect to explore the area. You dont need to be on the main strip, just back a street from it, not bad at all.
My recent breakfast experience was disappointing due to several operational issues.
Confusing Billing Process: I was asked for my room number, which led me to believe the meal would be charged to my room. Instead, I was presented with a final amount to pay with no itemized bill or visible menu pricing. This lack of transparency was frustrating.
Charge for Coffee Refills: I was surprised to be charged extra for a coffee refill. For a minimal cost, a complimentary refill is a standard hospitality practice that significantly improves the customer's perception of value.
Impersonal Service: The service was functional but lacked warmth. A more friendly and engaging manner from the staff, including a simple acknowledgment when we crossed paths later, would have made a notable difference.
I believe addressing these points, particularly the billing transparency and the coffee refill policy, would greatly enhance the guest experience.
