Zentrale Lage, zweckmäßig, funktionell, sehr freundliche Kräfte am Empfang

zentrale Lage, gute Heizung, schnell warmes Wasser

Mit dem putzen klappts nicht ganz so gut. Viel Staub / Wollmäuse etc. Im Bad sind die Fugen doch auch gut „belastet“.

Great location overlooking old square, and handy to the boats and port area Comfy and clean. All facilities required are provided. Recommended.

Would be nice to have a few tea bags/ coffee provided for arrival.

relation to the hotel that managed the apartments was not entirely clear. no fans or ventilation.. was very warm.

Perfect location.

The location of the hotel is great, directly at the Old Town with a nice view towards the square. The area is full of cafes and restaurants which is very nice. It is also very easy to walk to the Pier from the hotel and enjoy the nice sea view.

The check-in process is a little bit complicated. The reception is in another hotel where you need to walk with your luggage on cobble roads. There is no elevator in the building so the steps are difficult to climb up with luggage. There is also nobody to help.

Location and wonderful view from the window on the Alter Markt

Extremely high staircase to the room. I knew that hotel has no lift but it was really very hard to carry our luggage to the room.

Perfect location and cleanliness

The room is for 4 People but there was No space for them to use the table during the meal, table is suitabke only for 2 People. The kitchen was lacking basic utensils such as chopping board or a decent knife.

If you want a great location, this is the place, otherwise it is a bit expensive for what it is.

The good thing of this hotel is its location, just in the heart of the town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose.

The stairs are really old and not easy to climb. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. You have to check in and check out in a different location (another hotel).

Good location, very bad service

The location: directly at the market square, opposite the Town Hall.

We booked a non-smoking apartment, but when we arrived there was a strong tobacco-smoke smell. We left the window open for a few hours while we visited the city, but the smell was so strong that it did not disappear. Even the bed linen and the cushions were smelling, so strong that we had problems to sleep. In the morning, we explained the problem in reception and they told us they would solve it, but they completely ignored us and did not do anything, they did not even visit the room in the whole day. When we returned in the evening, even if we had left the window open all day, the tobacco smell was still quite strong. We went again to the reception, and the lady was very nice, but did not solve the problem either. She told us it was not possible to change the room or do any other thing. At least she wanted to help us and gave us a product and recommended us to mix with water and boil it in the room, but it did not really work. All in all the service was quite deficient, in spite of the nice receptionist.

excellent stay, look forward to staying again

the property is comfortable, lovely view of the city and close to everything.

the tv too close to the wall, wasn’t able to turn on properly due to remote not working. no microwave to heat things up.

Very good

The location is perfect!! and in general, the apartment is really nice, good size and with a really nice view.

No pan for cooking in the kitchen and bed pillows really uncomfortable

Exceptional

The room has a beautiful view, is right on the main square. Also a small kitchenette with all the equipment is nice if you stay longer. Many cafés and restaurants around.

Ok so you leave a car on one location, do the check-in on another location and the hotel is third location. It is everything very close so no problem, just took me a while to understand :-)

The kitchen was way too small, so it was not possible to cook.

Superb

The room was pretty nice and had a nice kitchen with real stove/oven. The balcony was a plus.

maybe with an elevator could be practical, but we did not have to go up to many stairs with the baby trolley.

Super location in downtown Stralsund! The apartment was well equipped and clean! The day rate makes this a prime choice. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
