DThe staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had a decent spread with plenty of choice, and the hotel also has a gym which was useful.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it very hot and difficult to sleep during the warmer weather. The breakfast staff were also slightly awkward at times and spoke limited English.

The situation is fantastic, along the bay of Stralsund and at a 5 minutes walk from the city center. Private parking in front of the hotel (with reservation), easy access. The restaurant Rockeria is great, good burgers and nice rocky atmosphere.
Our room was not in the standards of a 4 stars hotel. The decoration was sad, the lightning in the bathroom was dark, the terrace and windows were not clean... Although it was comfortable, we have been quite disappointed.
The personnel at the reception is a bit cold and upsetting.
