Breakfast offered a good variety, from sweet to savoury, with a choice of coffees plus fresh juices. There were tables across three lovely rooms inside, and the green courtyard was a real highlight. The location is excellent, right in the historic centre. Our room was so cosy and charming, with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and in the bathroom, typical of the local architecture. The sauna was included in the price, and although we only stayed two nights and had no time to try it, we loved the thoughtful touch of a little bag in the wardrobe with two bathrobes and two pairs of sauna slippers.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first evening. The menu looked inviting, but the restaurant was almost empty and the dishes felt quite simple and lacking in flavour, which made them feel rather pricey.

Very good breakfast with plenty of space available. Room was quite small but comfortable. Very close to old town and the waterfront.
Getting around the hotel was a bit difficult and tricky on the very begining

Good location in historic building. Good sized room which was very clean.
When I checked in I had to ask the receptionist several times to slow down as I was struggling to understand her because my German is a bit rusty but she just kept going with no attempt to help me understand. I found out when we were checking out that her colleague who was next to her spoke English. I booked this hotel because it claimed to have parking but it doesn’t. The staff directed us to a multi storey car park behind the hotel and assured us several times we could park our motorbike there. The car park doesn’t allow motorbikes so we ended up eventually finding a space on the street further away. The staff just shrugged when we pointed out their mistake. This was one of the more expensive hotels of our tour but was far from the best. There wasn’t even any orange juice at breakfast
