Amazing location, countryside feeling within easy reach of Ulaan Bator. Great staff attitude, heavenly bedding. Spa well worth the experience.
Somewhat approximative restaurant service.

Friendly and attentive service were great.

The hotel looks grand and the river view was great. Breakfast was impressive.
It was empty when we checked in. The bell boy was also the receptionist. The reception was unmanned most of the time that afternoon. No one answers the call from my room.
The restaurant we had dinner the first night was creepy since it was empty and we only saw one employee there.
