Good facilities for reception building and guest room. We stayed at Ger but bathroom was installed inside and it was very clean and functional. Wifi and data connection were good. I really like the facilities.
Check in process took very long time and we missed spa time.
Foods at the restaurant were not good but expensive and very few choices of local food, it was like Japanese restaurant. We expected to have something local.
Staff there were very few and hard to reach out especially at the restaurant. And in room phone to the reception did not work

The location and breakfast were good.
I didn’t like other patrons, Mongolians, yelling at us in the hot tub for wearing swimsuits trying force us to be naked. The restaurant didn’t have any of the food we wanted and the food we were able to get was extremely dry. Tried having a few cocktails to help ease the frustration and it took two hours to get our food and our one cocktail. I booked a three bed deluxe room and ended up in a ger. 150 yards away from the building. We were not prepared for that.

"The staff are very welcoming, and check-in was smooth. Stunning views all around and the triple gers are very comfortable with quality bedding, towels and bath products. It was too cold to sit out, b..."
