It was very clean and stylish. Easy to find with all the signs around. There are free amenities like pajamas, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast was tasty, staff were helpful. When I lost my glasses the staff helped look for them and told me they would email me if they found them.
With only one elevator it's hard to get between floors, and the button to go down was disabled on my floor, so I had to go to the front desk first. They don't allow you to use your own adapters and don't have one that fits American 3-prong, only various European ones. The mattress on the bed was very stiff, pretty much like sleeping on a board. I know that Japanese people generally like stiff mattresses, but that seems a bit much.

予約日を間違えてしまいましたが、親切に対応してもらいました。
大浴場の場所が分かりづらい。六階にフロントがあり、エレベーターが必ず六階を経由しないと使えないのがストレスでした。
