Loved the breakfast- great intro to a traditional Japanese breakfast. Great location, close to Uguisudani station. Staff were very friendly.
There were a couple of items left from the previous guest; a used bandage and a sanitary pad. The rest was clean though.

Location was great, close to Yamanote line station but not right next to so it was quiet. Staff was helpful. Amenities were good, and you could go to lobby to pick up more lotion, shavers, face milk... freely.
Bed really bumpy, springs were uneven and poking. Pillows wete too flat and hard, gave us a headache (we went out to buy big stuffed toys as a souvenirs we then used for pillows). Only one shared blanked, hated that, one of us always woke up without.

"Clean, compact, with tasty Japanese breakfast, free essentials even to cotton pijamas, efficient reception, and a good location for Ueno which is just a station away or 15 minutes walking. Nearest met..."
