Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. House was beautiful and roomy. Says accommodates up to 8 people but beds for 11. Kitchen well stocked for eat-in. The only issues were the refrigerator didn’t feel as cold as it should be, ice maker didn’t work and deck to pool in bad need of repair, several splinters. Apparently they were reported prior to our stay because we had repairmen there 4 out of our 7 days, one was rude because I didn’t know where the issues were and I wasn’t the one who reported them so I wasn’t aware of all of them, which also meant they could have been taken care of before we got there.
I realize the pool guy has to come but he came during the middle of afternoon on our 3rd day and we would have to stay out of pool for a while so he asked us to put chemicals in pool later. Don’t think guests should be responsible for chemicals. Then our last day he came and did the same thing in middle of day. Didn’t appreciate losing swim time in middle of day and the number of times I had to leave the beach and/or pool to meet the repairmen.
Despite the problems we will return because it is a great house in a great location close to beach.
A suggestion, for the number of people able to stay in house an extra refrigerator would be great.

This is a great house but does need some paint touch ups. We have similar complaints as previous renters with regard to deck and outside awning. Overall our displeasure with the house comes from the property manager who didn’t remedy the dirty floors and pool that we arrived to dirty and as hot as a hot Tub until 3 days into our stay and only after countless phone calls. We could not use the pool for 3 days. I was told it was May heat but come to find out it was malfunctioning. The property manager really lacked in response until I spent over an hour on the phone with a supervisor. A house should be ready for the renters upon arrival and it was not. The air conditioner also went out during our stay, but that was fixed within 24 hours.

The house layout was great for our family and it's location allowed a quick walk to the beach. Unfortunately, there are some things needing attention. The decks are all damaged wood to the point you shouldn't walk without shoes and is not safe for children. The pool filter and pump stopped working. While vacasa dispatched a service provider quickly, it was left not repaired so resulted in no swimming on our last day. Walking inside barefoot resulted in black feet so the floors need a deep cleaning. The awning was damaged and caused a banging sound in the room closest to it. Would we stay here again if there were some updates, absolutely. Vacasa service was respectful and quick to address issues we called for.

The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the location is perfect. The only thing we weren’t happy is the cleaning that wasn’t good, the bed sheets doesn’t feel clean, even the floor. Somebody left some clothes inside the drawers upstairs as well that shows they don’t really clean everything properly. So this is the only reason that I don’t give 5 stars!

Loved this house! Very clean, and plenty of room. Great location to beach and many wonderful restaurants. We loved the pool, but couldn't seem to get the spa warmer than the pool water. I would like to say that this house comes with amenities not listed, a keurig,, and a toaster. There are also 2 hair dryers, beach towels, chairs, and pool toys. The tv's were a little hard to figure out, (multiple remotes), and the back deck needs a little repair, where your shoes! This house is definitely worth renting, and we would do it again.

The only negatives are--the outside decks really need to be replaced, and the kitchen is pretty bare bones in terms of supplies. Also outdoor equipment like beach chairs, bikes or carts are basically unusable, so bring your own or rent. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat--in fact we tried to book for next year but it was already gone.

This house was spacious, well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. A 2 min walk to a beautiful beach so we didn’t really use the pool. Beach towels, mats, chairs and toys were available to use. There is a broken down beach cart that needs replaced. Also the street light really lights up the upstairs king bedroom so you may want an eyeshade. The management company was very responsive to our calls. The location of this property was great! However, upon entering the home there were multiple things that stood out to be negatives. The back deck is falling apart. We had multiple splinters in kids feet all week, there was no patio furniture on any of the 4 decks except the one falling apart. There is no landscaping around the pool so pool toys were constantly dirty and needed rinsed off before going back in the pool. The back yard had not been picked up from the previous renters. There was dog poop and used solo cups in the yard. The lounge area in the back wasn’t usable as the turf reeked of dog urine. The furniture was very stained and the ice maker was dirty and did not work. We rented the home for 8 guests and were only given 6 bath towels (some with stains) and 1 dish towel. The first night we went to sleep the master bed comforter and sheets were covered in dog hair, there were no extra linens in the house. We did request new towels and bedding and they were delivered promptly. This property has so much potential with its location and size however it hasn’t been well maintained.

Nice vacation
The house is very nice, but the inside is in better shape than outside. The outdoor furniture wasn’t in the best shape and the exterior of house needed to be cleaned. Inside, everything was beautiful and clean. Just as pictured. Great vacation and the home met all of our needs.

wonderful location, property as described
This property was lovely - great location. Accommodations were very comfortable. It was very clean (with the exception of the ceiling fans, but that is minor). We were celebrating my parents anniversary and it was perfect. Vacasa was a good experience for us. Would book with them again.

Great location!
We spent the week with two families (4 adults and 4 kids) at Sunset Glow and it worked great for us. It’s location is amazing, just a two minute stroll down to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is the deck is showing some age and needs a bit of upkeep (nothing dangerous) and the hot tub isn’t hot, just recirculated pool water. I’m not sure why even have a hot tub, if it cannot be “hot”. Either way, I would rent this house again, the layout and location are great and worked out amazing for us!

Great location. Spacious house. Nice pool. Only things they could improve would be better kitchen supplies (pots and pans, salt, pepper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc) and not having to go to an office to pick up and drop off keys.

Large, comfortable home close to the beach
This house has the potential to be a 5-star with stunning renovations to the inside of the house. The layout is great with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, huge dining table and nice pool and hot tub. I will echo some of the previous reviews with issues involving the back deck (my 3 year old son had a large piece of wood break off and get stuck in his foot), hot water in the kitchen doesn't happen, and the backyard is really dark at night. If you plan on BBQing after dark, you need a flashlight.
I would also add the outside of the house could use a good lick of paint but it doesn't interfere with the functionality of the house. Upon check in, the floor hadn't been cleaned at all and when I called to advise that it wasn't clean and said there wasn't even a bucket if we wanted to clean it ourselves, we were dropped off a bucket....
The house is a great distance from the beach, is in a quiet area, close to shopping and restaurants. We also appreciated the high chair and pack n play for the young ones.

Pros and Cons
I rented this home Dec 14th - 21st. It was a Christmas present to myself. The home is overall very nice! There were a few cons: hot water was only lukewarm. The back deck had a sharp piece of plastic sticking up out of deck near back table on deck. Stepped on it several times. Couldn't remove it. The back stairs going to pool were very dark at night. Not enough lighting! Other than that the house was inviting and fun.
