I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this property just outside the center of the town of Spa. My room was very spacious with a good size bathroom, quiet, super clean and comfortable and included a mini fridge and coffee maker. The hotel manager (owner?) accommodated every request from early check in to access to pool, hot tub and sauna. The property is about a 20-min walk from the train station and centrum but call a taxi (10€) if you have heavy or bulky luggage.
The weather could have been better but outside the control of the hotel and its staff.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was amazing! Especially the receptionist was really helpful. We really enjoyed. The hotel is really clean comfortable and elegant. The bed is so comfortable.
I don’t have that much. Only there was smelling dishes in the hotel corridors. This is not good I think they should take care of the ventilation system. And also swimming pool can be bigger. Current one is really nice but not enough.
