Facilities good, well set out and maintained
Restaurant is superb, food is excellent, service a little quirky but only because it is a training centre which means that you get great food at a lower price and help the team learn.
Grounds look great and interesting themes for herb etc gardens
Bar service could have been quicker
Location is superb for walking down to the city and citadel but not for nipping into town or going in for the evening.

The location of the hotel on top of the hill where the Citadel is located in a green environment is excellent. You will do some exercise to go to the city center. The breakfast was good although a bit pricy.
The hotel room was noisy - the most important thing of a hotel is that you can sleep. But due to noise of airconditioning, heating, washing machines turning and noise of other hotel guests we could not sleep. When making a complaint we were not well supported by the staff. Out complaint was not followed up by the manager and when we made a comment at the front desk of this lack we were not treated as guests. Yes they offered when pressed a second time another room after the first night but that had the same noise problems. Instead of trying to find a solution and show understanding they let it go and did as if nothing was the matter when checking out.
