Although the outside is unprepossessing, the apartment itself is pleasant, clean and well-stocked, in an extremely convenient location close to the centre of town.
The surrounding streets can make the room very noisy, with shouting, traffic and emergency sirens from the early morning. Best to keep the windows closed!

Ruime kamer met alle nodige voorzieningen. Heel centraal gelegen, al ligt het in een donkere achterstraat waar ik als vrouw alleen niet zou lopen.
Enige minpuntje was voor ons het bed veel te hard, maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk.

Perfecte locatie, middenin centrum Dinant. Alles op loopafstand (ook het treinstation).
Mooie ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Schoon en netjes. Appartement is precies zoals op de foto's. Communicatie met de eigenaar ging vlot en netjes; erg vriendelijk! Niet aan de drukke straat, maar pal achter het huis van Adolphe Sax met uitzicht op de berg. Een absolute aanrader!
Alleen het bed, deze was wat hard.

Die Unterkunft machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Kleine Küchenzeile, ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und ein kleiner Tisch.
Das Bett und zwei Stühle in der „Wohnecke“ wirken gemütlich und es gibt einen großen Fernseher.
Die Nähe zum Zentrum fanden wir praktisch und der Preis erschien akzeptabel.
Das Badezimmer ist zwar geräumig, die Dusche weist aber einige Schimmelstellen auf und der Abfluss ist vermutlich verstopft, das Duschwasser läuft nicht gut ab.
Die Toilette war nicht so sauber, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte - Körperhaare auf der Klobrille fand ich unangenehm.
Für mich das größte Drama: die Matratze des Bettes. Unfassbar unbequem. Erholsamer Schlaf war unmöglich.
Eine Klimaanlage hätte ich mir bei 31 Grad Zimmertemperatur gewünscht.
Wir haben bei weit geöffneten Fenstern geschlafen und da war die Nähe zum Zentrum eher ungünstig, denn es war sehr laut.
