views from the hotel were beautiful. very clean, and room was a good size. bed was very comfortable. polite and friendly staff. easy to check in.
location is a 10 min walk up a hill- not great with luggage and no car.
pillows were thick, but sank in once you rested your head on them- wasn’t much support (just preference).
shared balconys.
very squeaky floorboards- not great when trying to get to sleep and hearing people walk around in the room above.
could be a few more options for breakfast.

Staff were exceptional. So friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and neat. The view was completely unexpected and stunning! Due to the location, locals often visit the bar and are also quite friendly so great to experience local culture.
The only downside was the walk through the woods. Not ideal after a long day of hiking.

Beautiful morning views from the back porch
Very small bathroom- smaller than a cruise ship. No fridge in room and VERY squeaky floors

The property is nestled in a quiet area.. we have the mountain view
It’s like 10-13 minutes walk from the bus stop or 20 minutes walk to interlaken west .. going to the hotel is uphill so if you have a luggage it’s such a struggle.. it took us a good 20 minutes walk to the hotel on our first day.. the breakfast is the same everyday, there’s not much selections and few times in the morning , the hot selection which is scrambled eggs and bacon were not ready. The wifi is not reaching our room ..the pillow is so uncomfortable , that we have a back pain when we wake up
