room layout, colors in room, kitchenette was very useful, ocean view, amenities (pools, hot tub), booking experience was good (booking staff was very nice)
no hooks to hang clothes/towels in bathroom, no full length mirror, no hangers, no pans/oven mitt for oven, indoor pool was broken, lost money to broken Hunter game in arcade (no sign was posted), would’ve preferred a smart tv

Location
Cleanliness. Complain but house keeping never showed up to correct anything. Rugs on the bathroom and bedroom were really filthy. Curtain rod at the window was broken. Window and window frame were really messy.
