Location is superb as it sits 10 minute walk from the top of the mountain. Hotel is looks very modern from the outside but on the inside it looks like 2010. Great wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi.
Poor choice of food in the restaurant. Very meat-heavy without vegetarian options. We've asked for scrambled eggs during dinner for a kid but it could not be done (hotel was nowhere near full as other 5 people were sitting in the dinner area).

Location, style, comfy atmosphere, general feeling of the place, friendly staff most of the time
The price is quite high for what you get. The breakfast is poor, you can’t even order omlette anymore and the offer is modest. General feeling is the price went higher and the service degraded. The waiter at the breakfast was also kinda harsh and not very friendly. Apartments could also use some ambient lighting and interior touch ups.

The setting in the mountains is nice, fresh air and a good view.
The apartment was spacious, it was clean, there are 2 toilets
- the furniture is old, it is difficult to move in the bed, it makes a lot of noises. We traveled with a baby and it was difficult not to wake her when I got out of bed
- the breakfast was not very diversified and the lady who served us coffee was not kind
