Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Location is great.
Stadf we're knowledgeable.
Swimming pool was a welcome addition on hot afternoons.
Breakfast hot menu was not of our palette.
Cider choice was limited to one option.

Great location. Just what we needed for one night in the centre. Small but clean and comfortable. Bar is fabulous too. A well set up hostel come hotel.
A little small for large suitcases but we managed.

The location was good and convenient for local trams. The main square was nearby with lots of places to go eat and things to see. Staff were smiley and helpful.
My room was in the annex some 100 yards from the main hotel and the courtyard the building is in was dingy and dimly lit and didn't look clean. The annex building entrance is also in need of serious improvement. The paint is coming off the walls and electric fixtures etc have seen better days. The room was clean but lacked a socket for the kettle and coffee machine. I had to put a chair near the sockets by the bed. Why isn't there a socket where the appliances are???? Sadly I was not impressed with where I was put up.
