Well located hotel down an alley in front of the tram lines running to the main square. A short walk to the old town directly behind the hotel. Traditional rooms with modern amenities, good breakfast, and parking at a facility around the corner if you need it. Very friendly staff at the front desk.

Excellent location in the heart of Zagreb with stairs leading straight up to the upper town.
The friendly and helpful staff were always there to answer any questions we had.
We really enjoyed our stay.

A very comfortable, well-appointed room with high quality linens. The hotel is centrally located and has boutique charm. Included breakfast was excellent and included made to order cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice.
My only complaint is the shower is very small.

The Jagerhorn is one of the older hotels in Zagreb, so you must forgive things like handicap access, and overall lack of modern conveniences. It has great character, and a wonderful breakfast buffet, and is very convenient to city center activities (right down the street from the funicular). I will say that the staff were extremely helpful, in particular Jurica, who was so wonderful in arranging things like taxis, and responding to my every request. If you like being in walking distance of many of the notable sights of Zagreb, this is a great choice.
