The location was good, not right in the centre but close to meeting points for my walking tour and bus tour to Plitvice Lakes.
The swimmimg pool and bar on the roof top was very pleasurable. I enjoyed my 'welcome drink'.
Wifi was good. Shower pressure was good.
Was able to leave luggage free of charge for a while on day of check out.
One of the staff gave me change so I could use the laundrette nearby.
The mattress was on the thin side. Shared bathroom off the dorm room ( 4 bunk beds and bed at mezzanine level) very small- when someone is having a shower you can't access the toilet.
The hotel allow guests to book their deckchairs/sunbeds beside the pool with a towel first thing in the morning .

The dormitories with only four beds are modern / renovated. The outside hostel’s private area is excellent to have a meal outside. Shared kitchen is clean.
The foam matras (in 9-bed dormitory) seemed completely used / have ended life time. I noticed only at 23pm, was tired and slept anyway. Matras should have been replaced before already. In the restaurant upstairs guests smoke sigarettes

Friendly and helpful staff, room was a good size, modern and quiet. Also good location for exploring Zagreb. The break dads was very tasty and good value plus l enjoyed good meal at the restaurant in the evening. Tasty cocktails too!

Great staff and great location
This is my second time staying in this hostel. It is really not ideal. It does not look like the pictures. The bathrooms are quite dirty. There is also not 24/7 reception, so if you are not there by a certain time to check-in, you will just be stranded. I don't really want to stay here again, but I might stay here again on my next trip to Zagreb (unfortunately) simply because of the good price and location.
