This hostel simply can't be beaten and I will keep returning here. Location is simply top notch, couldn't be better - right in the middle of the center. Free parking remains a massive advantage in a city where parking places are generally scarce and expensive. Staff are always helpful. Check-in and check-out are always easy.

Perfect location (close to everything you'll want to see and to a tram stop); incredibly clean; throughout all the staff were friendly and very helpful; room was comfortable, had aircon and didn't feel cramped; huge lockers in the rooms; small but well-provisioned kitchen (you could cook anything you wanted with the facilities, and it has a freezer). And it was quiet and peaceful.
My room didn't have a mirror, I don't know about the others, but that would be nice. Also to fully light-proof the rooms from the corridor light...but this is such a good hostel I can't really complain.

The location is very good, a walk away from anything a traveler may be exploring while staying in Zagreb.
The beds have no privacy curtains and the room I was in was too small for 4 people. It would be good if towels were provided with the reservation.
