The location is about as good as it could be to explore Zagreb. We added breakfast which was simple and superb. Tonka and her daughter were extremely helpful and charming, they made us feel right at home.

Tatiana is so lovely and the room was beautiful! The breakfast was great--I had to leave early in the morning one day and she made my breakfast an hour earlier than the scheduled time, which was so thoughtful.
The entrance was a bit hard to find. Make sure to communicate any changed to your arrival time well in advance because there is not always someone at the desk.

Amazing CENTRAL location, walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and great value for a single room.
The room is on the ground floor. The room is right off the entrance so you can hear people coming and going from the entrance and neighboring rooms. The room looks onto a parking lot right at cars with no privacy if the blinds are open. The shower stall is tiny and has sliding doors which do not close together so the water gets out if you try to shower with the shower head attached to the wall - you can only shower yourself holding it or else the whole bathroom floor would get wet.
