The cleanliness of the bedding, and the overall room. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, a good shower head, and it was well stocked.The elevator was handy. The bakery down the street, and the proximity of cafes. Efficient staff. Good climate control!
The shower design. The placement of the glass made it hard to reach the shower handles without walking the long and slippery floor to get to the shower head.
