Great location - just a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station (not in the same location). The hotel room was great, clean, cool and great facilities. I really loved that extra towels were provided, its nice to have a separate hair towel! The beds were really comfy and nice to have large twin beds as opposed to small single beds. Water fountains and ice machines on every other floor by the elevator was also great!
The hot breakfast was actually cold one morning and the choices felt a little limited.

Very very spacious and really nice room and bathroom. Polite, cheerful and helpful staff at reception.
Location is okayish - not near good restaurants or pubs. Having said that, station is walking distance and there were two supermarkets nearby.

Clean, Good sized room. Shower Good walking.
Staff at breakfast entrance were rude. "No breakfast is not included with your room." We attempted to respond that we had discussed with reception when we checked in that we had requested to include breakfast + were happy to pay.
Response was rude. We went to reception who also were rude. We were eventually told "yes you can have breakfast + we ask you to sign for it + include it in your bill. Great. Why wasn't that offer made initially!! Customer service needs significant improvement.
