Personal it was very profesional and open to communication
Unfortunately, in room situated at 4 floor windows were blocked, not have acces to air fresh during summer hot time in the day and the night.

The location was not bad, walkable distance to center city. Respectfully, this hotel is old, it needs renovation including the cleaning of restroom's.

The location was very convenient for access to the old city and the main tourist attractions in the city.. The staff were very friendly and were able to communicate in english comfortably
