Parking garage under the building is a plus. Good location with tram stop close by. Spacious rooms.
We queued for 30 minutes for check-in; that’s not what you’d expect.
The wallpaper in the room is peeling.

Such a lovely comfortable place to stay in Zagreb. The bed and the bedding was amazing, so often hotels don’t get it right with their pillows but these were absolutely spot on, best pillows I have ever experienced at a hotel! The breakfast was just fantastic, so much choice and sparkling cutlery (silly detail I know but so important!) I even indulged myself with a glass of cava! The staff were lovely, particularly Aneta on the front desk, who was so sweet and got housekeeping to send me up an ice pack as I had injured my ankle checking into a previous property. She also said “no problem” when I asked if I could stay in my room until my Uber at noon. The pool and spa area were a very pleasant surprise with an outdoor seating terrace

Parking is not included in the booking price. Parking is public but in the basement of the hotel. Parking spot not guaranteed and costs €20 per day. Pool lounges are not in a good condition,
