Comfortable stay at reasonable price.

The big bath and bed very comfortable. Not too far to walk to centre of town. Room very spacious and having ironing facilities.

Not many TV programs in English. No Access to NEtflix on TV. Insufficient tea and coffee supplies.

This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, in our opinion.

We received adjacent rooms only after the third request; we changed rooms twice because the rooms offered had worn out seats, torn wallpaper and the smell of cigarettes. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, in our opinion.

Bella struttura peccato per la colazione molto salata e poco dolce

i letti erano molto comodi e davanti all'hotel passa il tram

stanze abbastanza rumorose perchè davanti agli ascensori e colazione dedicata quasi totalmente al salato quindi chi non ama questa soluzione aveva una scelta di cibo dolce estremamente ridotta

שירות בקבלה למלון איטי מדי, אפילו באמצע הלילה צריך לחכות לפני שמקבלים שירות. רק איש קבלה אחד עבד. חבל.

One of the best hotels in Zagreb.

Really good breakfast and refurbished wellness area with big pool and spacious saunas.

The rooms are still ok but they need some refurbishment to be on the same level as other Sheraton Hotels in Europe. However, I would like to highlight that the bed was very comfortable.

Odlična lokacija in parkiranje v garaži hotela.

V sobi je prazen mini bar,ki ga napolnijo po tvoji želji. Čeprav nama je receptorka dejala da je vode v sobi dovolj, pa je bila samo ena majhna plastenka.

All up, a great stay apart from the Jack-hammering on the construction site

The room was great and the windows opened to allow fresh air in.

Construction site both sides of the hotel. Heavy machinery Jack-hammering from 7.30am until 8pm at night.

Svidjelo nam se udobnost i čistoća hotela. Sve je bilo bez prijekorno uredno i čisto. Također sve pohvale za vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Hvala puno!

We had a nice stay

Professional and helpful staff, great location, spa is nice and included in the price. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. We got fresh water bottles every day and welcome biscuits, which was a nice touch,

Sound insulation between rooms could be better and the room could use a bit of "freshening up". Electric kettle was broken.

Pleasant and comfortable. Return stay in the works😊

Quiet and fairly close to city sights.

Housekeeping should ensure amenities provided with the room are stocked up eg conditioner, water and coffee/tea . Often times, guests are back late from sightseeing and it’s too late to request or inconvenient to call and request for top-up.

A good traditional choice for a Zagreb stay.

A very comfortable, traditional hotel with helpful, professional and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was a very generous buffet with so many choices. The wait staff were very helpful and the service was managed very well in the lovely dining room. Elevators to all floors plus staff to help with luggage if required. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk from the city centre but it is a flat and easy walk.

Wonderful stay and service and I hope to return.

Great location. Great service. Wonderful food. Amazingly comfortable bed.

They were doing some renovations to the hotel when we stayed and there was a strong paint smell in the Reception.

Good location

Very old hotel, weird smell in the room, bathroom was covered with black mildew. Also, for no reason there was some clock alarm set in the room which woke up us at 7 am, and then the cleaning lady knocked at the door at 7-15 am even though we wanted to sleep. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working so we need to wait for 30 minutes to get into our room. Overall it’s not even close to be a good value for money.

No major issue with the stay but the hotel could be better.

I found the breakfast not great. No salmon or fish for example, and it is quite expensive at 22 euros. The rooms were fine but the air climatization was quite noisy so we had to stop it during the night. There is room service (it works by a QR code, but it was not put in the room and I had several back and forth with the reception to get it) but unfortunately, the choice is limited, only one kind of pasta.

I found the breakfast not great. No salmon or fish for example, and it is quite expensive at 22 euros. The corridor (where we are only a little of course) felt full of dust in the air from the slowly decaying materials of the construction (it was built in the 60s or 70s likely). But they seem to be renovating, so we will see how it will be. The entrance has a rotating door which is actually little used, instead, we enter via classic doors which are left open during the day. Because of the global warming issue, it would probably be better to have doors that minimize the loss of cooled air when someone enters/leaves.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff at reception. Rooms were very comfortable. Had shampoo conditioner and body wash. The pool and spa area was very relaxing and clean.

One of our rooms was on the second floor, and construction started at about 11am or 12pm. We didn’t get any warning about that - it would be worth checking with reception at check in.
