The apartment felt spacious for a single person, full of light and easy to air out, really comfy bed (medium hardness), good water pressure and temperature in both the shower and the jacuzzi, great communication with the owner, AMAZING Wi-Fi (superfast, reliable connection).
Location right next to the start of the pedestrian zone.
Even the staircase was surprisingly unproblematic: it's wide, meaning no weird sideways shuffling to get your luggage up, and the steps are long and shallow, feeling more like regular walking than climbing.
Quiet during the night, especially with the windows closed. Light blocking shades work well: you can sleep in complete darkness.
Visited during perfect weather, so didn't have to use heating nor the A/C, and thus can't comment on either.
Had my own toiletries, but worth mentioning various items are provided, for those to whom it may matter.
Random likes: quirky layout with different heights of different parts of the apartment, 3D map of Croatia.
The kitchenette is not really practical, so I didn't use it, other than taking a glass from it to keep next to the bed. Anything needing water requires taking it to the bathroom.
Light in the bathroom is always a bit dim, even during daytime with the window open and lights on, and with no working lights above the bathroom mirror either, doing makeup was a bit hard.

Location. Easy to walk places you want to explore.
Nothing except the number of the building unclear as I arrived midnight and there’s two number A and B but I managed at the end to enter.
