I like all. Charming guesthouse in the old town, spacious room with comfy bed and big bathroom with lovely little balcony. The housekeeping clean the room every day. The owner is very kind and helpful. Wondeful location! Feel authentic & local vibe of Chiang Mai.

The rooms were clean and cool even though there was no air conditioning. It is centrally located.
First impressions count and on arrival after a long and stressful flight I was not made to feel genuinely welcome. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my room that I was considering to leave and find another place to stay. I should have. The 'guest' house clearly prefers to cater to the French and so I would not recommend this guest house to any other nationality.
The guest house is very noisy at night as it sits next to a large nightly food court and open air drinking establishments.
