It is a good value, with a convenient location, a pool, and great staff. It is literally a two-minute walk to the indoor and outdoor markets of street food and other items. Laundry drop-off is very close, at 50 baht per kg. There are also delicious restaurants and cafes within a few minutes.
It is noisy as it is close to the street and bars.

Location was good, room simple and a bit small but not a problem.
The Hotel does not have any management in place and it is badly needed. Some guest smile dope continuously in public areas and play loud music. Some guests sat around pool area all night drinking and making a huge noise. This anti social behaviour by certain guest NEEDS TO BE CONTROLLED BY THE HOTEL. However the junior staff just sit there and do nothing. My friend opened the bedroom door one night to ask people to to be quiet but was verbally abused by “doped up young ars* *oles.
