Absolut TOP. Vor allem bei Anreise mit Auto, da Parkhaus in der gleichen Straße.

10 Gehminuten von Altstadt und Einkaufmeile entfernt. Parkhaus für €20 in der gleichen Straße nur 300m entfernt, Auto sicher und keine Parkplatzsuche in einer Großstadt. Online-Check-In. Per Whatts - app bekommt man Telefonnummer für Türöffner und Code für Wohnungstür und Zimmertür. Keine Wartezeiten bei Ankunft. Super großes Zimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Espressomaschine im Zimmer.

Best avoided in future.

The room itself was ok.

The joyless and rude welcome. Demanding to see our passports out on the street to “check in” when we hadn’t even been in the property. We had problems locking and opening the doors using code as we weren’t given a key piece of information, and we were only allowed to communicate via WhatsApp messages when the responses were downright rude. Getting in and out of the property and our room was like an escape room game. The breakfast area was right outside our room door which felt odd. The breakfast was “served” by the cleaner who went straight from mopping the floor to serving food.

Terrible experience with this property and terrible hospitality

My vacation was ruined by my stay at this apartment. In particular, after a few days of stay, the toilet bowl and the shower clogged. We informed the cleaning lady about that and she said that she will inform management and that we can leave the room. However, after an hour we received a message that they are not sure they will solve the problem and that they do not have a room for us, while we have to pay for the repair costs. Because of this development of the situation, as well as because of the fear that we will not have a place to sleep (because of holidays evrth was almost sold out), we returned from the station. When we came back, manager was waiting for us and told us that we had to leave the room, while kept insisting that we threw “who knows what” in the toilet, regardless of the fact that we kept stressing that we didn't. Only after we said that we would call the inspection and police, we got another room, even though she initially said they don't have another room for us. (Otherwise, there was an available room on booking.com all the time). Also, after 2 days, someone from Gatto Bianco called us to tell us that we have to leave the room as soon as possible and take our things out because our stay is over. At that moment, we still had 2 days until check out, so we told them that they could check it on booking.com. After that, they said they made a mistake. This is only in brief what happened during our stay here.

We really enjoyed our staying

Great location, great connection with airport and a short walk to the city centre. Very good internet connection, perfect for working. Charming room, with lots of nice touches, little treats to make you feel at home. A good breakfast spread.

The structure itself was a little old, but the room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was done through an app, which worked well but could be off putting for older customers.

Superb

The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, located a few minutes walk from the old town. You need to do self check-in online but It’s really easy. The contact was via WhatsApp and I got all the answers immediately. Good breakfast. During our staying which lasted 3 days, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed once. No parking but it’s not a problem. I found a place in a green zone and left the car there so it wasn’t too expensive and what’s more important nothing wrong happened to it.

Excellent stay, look forward to returning

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds, location.

Only recommendation for improvement would be to use products from a pasticceria for breakfast.

A good all round place to stay, convenient for sight seeing and eating out.

Breakfast was good and location about15 mins walk from train station and town centre. Communication about entrance and key pad was good. Left luggage was convenient at next door.

Exceptional

Everything was just on point. The location is great, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, all of these met our expectations.

Maybe the check-out is a bit early, but they gave us access to an office to keep our luggage, free of charge.

Great choice for romantic trip

Great location: just 7 minutes walk from central station. A lot of pizzeria and restaurants in the nearest area. Helpful and very friendly staff.

Great location to visit Bari and cities around!

Good location, near Bari city center and the train station (10 min walking) / the old town of Bari is at 15/20 min by walk. The breakfast is complete with choice. The room is quite big, with a big bed.

The shower flow isn’t strong enough. They don’t speak English so you have to try to speak Italian ;)

Good for a 1 night stay

It gets the job done. Very clean room. The breakfast lady was very nice to us. We liked the location since it's very close to the city center - 10-15 min walking distance - in a lively area.

Not that we didn't like it but we found weird that the shower and the bathroom are separated by a mini corridor

Cleaner was very helpful and phone reception very accommodating when we asked to drop off our bags early.

There is no official reception - this should be clear when making the booking (we found out only the day before arrival). Even though phone reception were helpful, having an in-person reception would be much better. Also, 10am check-out is quite early.

Awesome place to stay in Bari, very comfortable room, very accommodating and thoughtful staff

Our stay at Gatto Bianco was fabulous. The location was very convenient, the check-in was super easy, and the room itself was well appointed and comfortable. i was especially grateful that they accommodated my request for vegan options at the breakfast (which was also lovely).

wifi didn’t work very well in the room.

A lovely stay in a stylish Italian apartment in Bari city centre.

Convenient location in city. Walking distance to explore and train station. Stylish facilities and very clean and comfortable. Lovely hosting.

Only minor issue was staff spoke little English but didn’t affect my stay.
