Good, central location, very close to the railway station. The self check-in was a bit unusual, but everything worked perfectly.
The noise from the outside was quite loud. Cars passing by (my room was just next to the street), roadworks, garbage trucks… it was really difficult to get some good sleep.

Buena ubicación. Habitación y baño cómodo y agradable
El ingreso para todas las puertas es si o si con un link que requiere de internet. Si no te funciona bien el roaming quedas afuera.
El olor a cloaca cada vez que entras al sector de los departamentos murat que se siente dentro de la habitación también.
Sugiero dejar un cesto de basura en la habitación ya que con el del baño no es suficiente, y alguien hervidor para poder hacer alguna infusión

Super Lage auf dem halben Weg vom Bahnhof zur Altstadt in einer Parallelstrasse zur Fußgängerzone mit Zweiradparkplätzen nahe der Uni.
Nachts fährt die Stadtreinigung und es ist laut. Mein Zugang war ohne Schlüssel voll elektronisch über eine Webseite. Das hätte meine Frau nicht hingekriegt. Das Zimmer ist groß aber die Einrichtung ist kalt, nicht gemütlich.

We stayed for two nights during very hot weather (around 38°C). The extra-large king bed was very comfortable, the shower was a good size, and the location was convenient
Unfortunately, there were several issues. Check-in was difficult because we were not informed about the scaffolding/building works outside, and there was no clear explanation of how to access the multiple coded doors. We were left outside in the heat trying to work out how to get in.
The bathroom also had maintenance problems. The sink drained very slowly and caused an unpleasant smell, and the toilet occasionally rose very quickly when flushed and leaked onto the floor. We had to use a small towel to clean this up. The toilet and basin are also positioned very close together, making the space awkward.
During our two-night stay, the room was not cleaned and towels were not refreshed. In 38°C heat, when we were showering several times a day, this was disappointing, and there was no clear information about the cleaning policy.
The street-facing rooms are also quite noisy at night due to traffic and pedestrians.
I didn't raise all these issues during our short stay because the check-in experience had already been frustrating and I didn't want to come across as complaining. However, these are genuine issues that should be addressed.
