Breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely professional and kind. Location has great connection through public transportation to the city centre and main attractions. Bathrooms are clean and functional.
Beds need to be upgraded. They are a bit worn out and lumpy. Carpet in the room looks old and dirty even though it's probably clean.

breakfast. breakfast was YES. good location, quite far from the center but very good direct tram connection. couldn't hear people walking the corridor or the elevator. mattress was surprisingly comfy. fridge was available and stuffed with goods to purchase if one runs out of snacks. the receptionist that welcomed us in the afternoon was super nice. very boutique feeling.
air conditioning was very weird to figure out and remains a mistery on how to turn it off completely. low mounted sink and very uncomfortably installed toiled paper dispenser. the windows were not really soundproof, trams and other traffic could be heard, tho not dramatically loud.

The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff – the ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies, and waitresses are truly wonderful. Always kind, professional, and smiling! They make the biggest difference and are the real asset of this place.
The room was generally clean, with comfortable beds, although there were some stains on the curtains and carpet.
the furniture is quite old and dark, which creates a somewhat heavy atmosphere. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent, so you can easily hear other guests and outside noise. The restaurant only works for breakfast, and there are no decent dining options nearby. The spa is at an additional charge, which was an unpleasant surprise.
The breakfast is decent, but definitely not the “superb breakfast” as advertised here on Booking.
