Room good, only one TV little stuffed, but good quality. very good breakfast and excellent attention from reception.

Excellent good. Small hotel but the service, breakfast, and amenities like five stars. Definitely worth it and recommend it to everyone.

Too noisy, sounds loudly at midnight…room style isn’t really matching with the picture it showed. Electric shut down always. But Staff are nice and helpful.

It’s a lovely place, very nice staff and breakfast. The room set up was different from what was online but I was told this has just not been updated online yet, a little disappointing but it didn’t ruin my stay.

Description and pictures are very misleading. There was no pool, rooftop terrace, or spa. These are things offered at their other property Madison Villas. Madison Apartments had nothing like this. They gave us a room that was 2 steps away (literally) from the reception desk. When we asked for an upgrade because we are Gold Members they showed us a few rooms we could upgrade to but wanted to charge us €100. The staff was friendly and seemed to know nothing about their description being incorrect on this booking platform. For the price I would most definitely stay at the Sheraton for the same price and they do have a pool and a better location. The walk into the square is very far! We had to take Uber.

My room door is one meter from the reception, I can hear everything in the reception and the dining room when I stay in the room. It's really noise. I stayed four nights and I was waken up by the bell rings at midnight at the first and fourth nights.

Stayed in the Spa Suite room. Excellent value for money and the hot tub was of an insane size. staff were friendly, and as a VIP member, they proactively gave me 10 Euro's worth of Drinks, without me having to ask. Location was a little far out from the main central attractions, but only £3 in an Uber so not an issue

We stayed for the first night in the wellness suite which was beautiful which it should have been for the money spent, but then we moved to a standard room with kitchen in and washing machine, the washing machine leaked all over the floor when used, nowhere to hang our clothes that we had washed and then only one of the 2 hobs worked so made cooking an absolute nightmare! Probably wouldnt stay or reccomend here.

Stayed here for 3 nights, quiet area and walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout the stay. One point would be that the room is advertised as soundproof, that didn’t seem to be the case.

Beds are super comfortable. Rooms a lot smaller than they look on photos and whatever you do, don’t book the room with the balcony… one of the staff members live or stay there whilst working and are really noisy as they finish at 11pm and start work at 7am and are really noisy getting ready early hours in the morning and coming home at night after work! The noise lasts until early hours in the morning. They are not considerate when you confront them about it either. Also the staff at breakfast are very rude

My wife and stayed in the Exclusive Suite, 1 Bedroom, Sauna room. The room had more pros than cons. Overall, it was one of the best hotel room experiences we have had. The room was converted from a day spa use to a hotel room. With that said the room was very romantic. Shower, dry sauna and hot tub in one room and the bed in another room. AWESOME!! The hotel room itself needed more room for luggage, but because of the converted layout, there really is no room for luggage, so be prepared for that. They do have a couple of "closets" but not that works well for a weekend worths of clothes. The room is downstairs next to the kitchen, so that was noisy in the morning, but you could tell, they were trying to be quiet for us. The next morning we shut the door to the bedroom and that took care of the noise. The entire staff was so VERY, VERY nice and polite. What ever shortcomings that the room had the staff made up for it. Damir and Marina really was genuine, caring, helpful and friendly. Just top notch!! Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Well worth it! The wife and I reconnected after being away from each other for 5 weeks. We will remember the room, the staff and the local restaurants as well.

Pleasant interior very modern. Only downfall is you must carry your own luggage up a lot of stairs up to room but it is worth it.

Staff were FANTASTIC!! Eva was absolutely great too!! Price was right. Location ideal! Felt like staying with family! LOL! Reno's are in the works so be patient! It's worth it!

It was just what we wanted and what the booking said. Great room fully stocked mini bar with snacks if you want. Clean good patio . Great.

Accommodation good but our allocation lacked privacy given proximity to reception.Staff were friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee facilities or water provided. Breakfast was adequate. Location very good however. Easy for travel and pleasant area to walk around.

The staff are very professional and go out of their way to make guests feel like at home. I will definitely reserve again the next time I’m in Zagreb

This review is tricky. Positives were comfortable bed, reasonable sized room (though no where to put luggage), small walk to restaurants, good wifi and the young lady in reception was nice. Not so positive was poor air conditioning (room was very warm even with air con at lowest temperature), no lift so had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs and motel looks quite tired. In saying that it was a reasonable price for a one night stopover stay.
