Well situated at the city centre, in close proximity on foot with every must see spot of the city. The room was clean, daily service provided and the staff was friendly, polite and helpful. We do appreciate the fact that an effort was made to permit check -in earlier than scheduled. Breakfast had satisfactory variety so that everyone could find somethnig that suits their preferneces. Regarding noise coming from outside mentioned, there was no problem for us!

Room was exactly next to the road, so the tram you can feel it vibrate each time it passed. But as for sound, we didn't hear much.
We didn't know that there won't be lifts. But maybe we will check next time, as in Croatia there are a lot of stairs!

I was aware that a central location could mean some street noise, and earplugs were thoughtfully provided next to the bed. What I didn’t expect was that every time a tram passed, the whole building noticeably shook. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If you are a sensitive sleeper, this is definitely something to be aware of.
