Rooms are new and fully functional. Spotted clean.
Breakfast was good and abundant.
Location is very central and major sightings are within walking distance (about 30 minutes). Public transport is just few minutes away.
The B&B occupies a floor in a private building. 5 modern rooms have been realized leaving small space for the breakfast tables in the common hallway.
It was somehow awkward that the B&B offers space for 5 rooms but only 4 tables for breakfast were provided. We were among the first to join breakfast every morning, so we had no problem, but the last couple showing up had to wait till someone finished.
Boze, the host, was were kind but breakfast won't be ready before 8:30 in the morning: so people with early starts might not take vantage of the included breakfast.
There is no closed space to leave your luggage at checkout, so you have to leave your belongings at the space dedicated for breakfast and accessible to anyone.
TV has only few open channels in local language visible

We got served mozzarella with bitter over-the-best-before taste.
Also there is no soundproofing. We could hear not only quiet talk from the next room, but also much louder traffic noise and trams from the street below.
