The hotel is very conveniently situated near the centre of Zagreb. Not high spec but the interior decor was pleasant and the bedrooms comfortable. Would suggest warmer duvets in the winter months. Ours were rather lightweight for December! The cold breakfast taken in the small dining lounge was delicious and plentiful but a toaster might be nice so the guests could have hot toast in the morning! The staff were very helpful and always smiling which is so important. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Manda Heritage Hotel.

My wife an I stayed at Manda Heritage Hotel in Zagreb in November '23. The accommodations were top notch - clean and comfortable. BUT, the best part of the stay was actually the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. They went above and beyond actually to make our visit very comfortable. Highly recommend this property, and we will always stay here whenever we are in Zagreb.

Brand new boutique hotel. Felt very luxurious. Large rooms and clean spacious bathroom. Only a handful of rooms on each floor. Never heard another guest or noise from outside. Great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent and you can have it delivered to the room or in the small breakfast room. Mini fridge in room. Very comfy bed. Two blocks from pedestrian/tourist areas. Took us 12 minutes to walk from the train station with rolling luggage. Easy to do with wide sidewalks all the way. Was a 20 min walk to bus station. Grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, etc within a block. Fast, friendly checkin. Very small elevator (1 person with two suitcases max). Would recommend this hotel to friends & family heading to Zagreb.

Mia was super friendly and welcoming. She even helped us book a tour. The room was super comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

The two young ladies in the receipt counter were very friendly and helpful. One is called Ivana and the other who I did not remember the name. Cleaning crew are nice and it is very convenient to have a breakfast lounge that provides microwave and coffee 24/7. The property condition is aged and has cigarettes smell. It is located at the edge of old town.

Interesting older building that has some similar features to the Croatian National Bank across the street. Entrance is off a one way street on the west side of the building. Elevator is tiny.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Rooms are clean, well equipped and quiet. Easy walk to just about all attractions...loved it!

It is very conveniently located, hotel staff is very friendly. Condition of hotel is good, practical and you have everything you need in the room. Breakfast is not as expected for a hotel and under a average standard.

The outside of the building is deceptive looking really rundown. But the rooms are really spectacular. Obviously with some serious recent modernization. The stay was excellent. Location is close to all the major attractions. The reception staff was great and they made us feel really welcomed.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff impressed us with their utmost friendliness and helpfulness. Although the hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city center, the firmness of the beds might not suit everyone's taste. Regrettably, the breakfast experience falls short, served on a cramped table with limited variety.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location close to the main square and centre of Zagreb. The room was a generous size (one up from standard) with a great shower bathroom. Good air-con (very quiet) and all the usual amenities. No view but that didn't matter. They offer breakfast delivered to your room for 10 Euros per person but we didn't try this.

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant.

I had an excellent experience stayed at Manda Heritage Hotel. It is a boutique hotel: small and very modern. I loved the decorarion, facilities and staff. The location is perfect, very close to main attractions. Breakfast as a room service was also a great experience.

Had an amazing stay at Manda and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zagreb, and I will definitely be returning when I’m in Croatia again. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! I normally don’t sleep well in hotel rooms but I had no issues drifting off here. The room had excellent amenities, including a Nespresso machine for making coffee. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They were able to answer questions, and can give some great suggestions for interesting places to visit. There is are maps of Zagreb on the front desk, so I highly encourage people to take a copy. The hotel right in the heart of the city, which makes it walking distance from a lot of great places. It is also a short walk to the street tram stations, as well as bus stops. Uber is also a great option if you don’t want to use public transit, and the hotel is easy to access for drivers picking up and dropping people off.
